Here are some ideas to get you started:
Slice of tortilla (Spanish style omelette)
Slice of flan (homemade is best) if this is filled with vegetables it can count towards your 5 a day
Spring rolls with a dipping sauce can taste just as good cold
Stuffed peppers with couscous
Vegetarian sausage rolls use these as a treat rather than an everyday food
Vegetarian cornish pasties again these should be a treat rather than the norm due to their high fat content
Vegetarian scotch eggs
Slices of pizza better still make your own mini pizzas: Cut an English muffin cut in half to use as a base. Spread some tomato paste over the muffins and sprinkle over some dried oregano. Add a topping of your choice e.g.: sliced mushrooms, cheese, sweet corn and pineapple, fresh tomato, strips of pepper. Place under a hot grill for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Cool and wrap ready for you lunchbox
Greek style stuffed tomatoes. Serve with a crisp green salad.

Vegetarian chilli, vegetable stews, ratatouille etc these reheat really well and often taste better the day after cooking!
Jacket Potato pop in the microwave to cook. Take along a filling of your choice and some mixed salad
Pasta dishes with sauces can reheat well e.g. pasta with tomato based sauce, macaroni cheese
Baked beans with vegetarian sausages
